How long does it take extensions, lace wigs & ready to ship wigs to ship?


Treats will ONLY ship Monday-Friday 8am-3pm PST, EXCEPT holidays Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation All orders have a 48 hour payment processing time Once your payment is processed the order will ship within 7-10 business days due to the COVID pandemic Note: Once things normalize the shipping time frame will decrease and be updated on my site Once your treat ships you will receive your tracking information Your order will arrive to you 1-2 business days after its shipped Shipping Example: You order hair on Monday August 3rd, 2020 9am PST, the payment will be processed by Wednesday August 5th, 2020 9am PST. The order will be prepared to ship between Wednesday August 5th, 2020 through Friday August 14th, 2020. These dates DO NOT INCLUDE weekends, keep in mind shipping is Monday through Friday ONLY. Your order is now packaged and ready to ship on Friday August 14th, 2020. You will receive your tracking information on this day 8/14/20. Your order will arrive to you on August 18th, 2020 before the end of the day. NOTE: Once the hair temples and indian factories go back to normal shipping the shipping time will be MUCH shorter Shipping on all domestic orders are FREE Due to COVID no custom wig orders can be placed at this time Note: Once things normalize the option will become available on my site




How much is shipping?


Shipping is free on ALL domestic orders




What is the refund policy?


There are NO refunds all sales will be marked final




What is your exchange policy?


Exchanges are available for up to 7 days after your order has been delivered, but ONLY in the event you received the incorrect order. The hair must be unmanipulated in any way. The tags, bundle wraps, and packaging must still be attached to the hair and the hair must not be combed or brushed through. Example for an acceptable exchange: You ordered 3 curly bundles and received them on Monday August 17th, 2020. You notice right away that you received straight bundles instead of curly. You should reach out to me immediately via EMAIL during business hours. You’ll have until Monday August 24th, 2020 to send the hair back untampered with in order to have your correct order resent upon my receipt of the incorrect order. Due to this being an error on my behalf, I will pay for your return shipping.




How long does it take Xclus lashes and Xclus hair products to ship?
